I just listened to this and it was very good.
It's a good talk. It's a bit long. If you are interested grab a snack and give it a listen. I would love to hear comments if anyone is inclined.

I really enjoyed it! Was planning on watching just part of it, but ended up watching all but the Q & A at the end.
I have his book on my Kindle. I started it but never finished it, not because it wasn't interesting, but because I got distracted by something else. I think I need to go back to that book. Thanks for sharing this!

The favorite, most honest, part of this to me, is where he explains what happens in the brain when I am hijacked.
It sounds so simple and logical, the way that he explains it. I just wish I could remember that when I'm in the midst of it. Man. It catches me off guard and I'm caught there. I can't remember grounding anything. I'm just there until it lets me loose. It sounds so simple and logical.

Here's another talk where he is discussing attachment. Its only 22 minutes long.
There are some really good points in it. He does talk about SH, so if that triggers you please be cautious.
