Fall Out Boy - 7 Minutes In Heaven

Believe it or not, this is one of my songs I listen to in order to feel better.

I listen to a wide variety of music, but favor heavy metal and alternative rock. I have about 600 songs on my Kindle that I listen to at work (to drown out the co-workers who surround me) and when I walk, clean house ect. Sometimes I listen to iheart radio too. In that mix I have two relaxation music selections, each about 1 hour long that I listen to when I get really stressed out and anxious.

80s alternative is my thing. Goth, punk....etc. but occasionally I like the rock the house with opera played really loud.

The music I listen to is all about inspiring me to transcend my trauma and get justice without having to stoop to the levels that my abusers have.
