Or comfort, ...

It doesn't matter how long I have known that person or how bad I feel, ....

Therapy is always useless because of this too.

Does anyone have information or experience on this,?

I've been dealing with the same thing real bad, lately. I don't even feel relieved when I'm with my fiance. He was the last exception and now it's gone.

I'm sorry you also experience this. Sometimes animals can help. Do you have a pet of some sort? I also like escaping into nature and solitude. I don't let myself do it too often. I was told to try and fight against isolation. It's so difficult, though.

I am sorry you are in this situation too, did something happen recently that triggered it?

I cannot have pets, my flat mate doesn't want animals... Usually I spend most of time isolated in my room

I'm not sure what triggered it to worsen. I know I've had a lot of added stress to my normal plate.

Have you considered maybe going camping? It allows you to be isolated but also be so in a healthy manner.

If I do feel relief it momentary. I think its due to my my inept feeling of isolation. I am not sure how to bridge this.

I literally cannot perceive comfort at all. I am always uncomfortable everywhere.

Relief is highly relative. Any immediate relief comes with the revelation that any such relief comes with a cost that must be paid later.
