Does anyone else feel very tired due to their CPTSD? How do you cope?

Do you ever find that you forget things? Is there anything you do to improve your memory?

Hi!

Yes I do feel very tired. I think it is the work of having to feel so much and contain so much as well as the results in my real life of the c PTSD. I mean my life has been very difficult and it still is very difficult and things that are easy for other people are hard for me so that takes a lot of energy. And if on top of this you don't have a lot of support then there is every reason to feel tired.

I forget things when I'm stressed and having an emotional flashback or perhaps I'm not forgetting them, I'm just too busy to remember them.

I wish you all the best in your continued recovery
