I don’t know why the PUs (parental units) were so effective at shaming me.. just for being me.

“Any normal person” .. they loved to repeat this ... for what. For being a fuzzy bear cub.

Parents are at fault for not accepting you Fuzzy. Acceptance is a big part of love. They were not capable of love and that is not your fault.

They are the faulty ones and you are perfect just the way you are. Much love to you down in your cave.

Hey Fuzzy. I think "any normal person" under the same conditions would be just as hurt, just as confused, just as rejected, abandoned and unsupported. If you take "any normal person" and give them those same conditions the PUs would have a similar outcome.
It was never you - it was them.
Always.

Because you were at an age where you needed love and attention, not shame and criticism.
