I work for a call center, and I’m in training for a new company. We have a class supervisor; she is an idiot. She does not know how to talk to her co-workers/peers, she talks down to people.

With that little bit being said, the way she’s talked to me/the class the past few days has not been okay. I left work early yesterday because she triggered me with how she talked to us. Like full on trigger, crying, panic attacks, and not able to control the thoughts in my head.

I now have a work accommodation that allows for me to miss work if I am ever triggered again and for appointments as well. This supervisor also did apologize today, but I’m sure as you all know, once the damage is done, it’s done.

Back to therapy soon I go!

It is good that work can accommodate you. Hate that you had to go through that.
