Frequently occurring words etc used by abusers in a position of power. When delivering abuse. Ugh. So it becomes a trigger.
The lack of respect, understanding and compassion of some in senior positions of power (in ''caring'' professions) in real life.... is sad And they blame me for my ''anxiety''. No wonder I'm anxious if I have to talk to one of them.
Possible trigger:

I'm so sorry you experienced all that. And in early childhood, too. No wonder you are having a hard time with all this. You are safe now. All of you. Those abusers were mean, and I'm sorry you didn't get the treatment you deserved. I saw your last post, and I felt sad that that happened to you. That's not what T's are supposed to say. T's are supposed to be understanding and kind. You deserve more safety and kindness. (((safe hugs))) |
