I'm easily fatigued. I have shortness of breath too, but I don't know if it's connected to the cptsd, or just me being out of shape. And my tendency to hold my breath whenever I do something that is somewhat physically straining. I'm very often nauseated too, and dry heave easily. I don't have migraines, but normal headaches.

The stress causing severe anxiety and depression causes me to not take good physical care of myself, causing bad physical symptoms and injuries.
The physical symptoms for me during an ‘attack’ are panic, crying, anger, rapid breathing, chest pains, muscle and joint aches, doubling over in emotional overload.

PTSD is a physical brain injury. It makes sense that it manifests in this way on the body. It wreaks havoc on everything. Heartbreaking
