Since the attack the òther day. I'll be in the hospital for a couple of weeks.
My CPTSD panic and depression are awful.
I'm so tired and scared.

I am so sorry you suffered that attack. I've been hospitalized before for depression and panic disorder. I hope your stay in the hospital will help you and be pleasant. Please keep us posted how you are doing if you can. Wishing you only the very best!

Butterflygirl64, I’m so so sorry to hear you’ll be in the hospital for a few more weeks yet. It’s not surprising you feel like that after what happened to you. He should never have hurt you in the way he did, that was not ok!! How are you feeling now, a few days since posting?

Thinking of you x

I'm OK. The physical pain is controlled. I'm sorry I haven't been around for you or anyone. But you're in my thoughts. Even though he's in jail. I'm afraid he will hurt me again.

No apology needed whatsoever. I can completely understand that you’re struggling with all this. It’s ok! And it’s ok to not be ok too. I’m glad to hear the physical pain is being managed, that can make such a difference. How come they’ve said you need to stay for a few weeks? Keep breathing sweet, one breath at a time x

Hello, I'm hoping to come home next week. I have 3 broken ribs. A badly sprained ankle. Have a severe concussion.
My CPTSD is awhile. I'm seeing my psychiatrist while I'm here. She is adjusting some meds. Talking with my therapist.
I'll share what happened just not ready yet.
Thanks for your support and hugs.

No rush, if and when you feel ready. No pressure! Do what you need and what feels safest for you. I hope you start to feel more yourself again soon. In the meantime, know you have a safe space here, to talk, vent or whatever you need to do. You’re NOT alone with all this, here if you’d like to talk x
