We had multiple types of traumas in a prolonged period of time, on a daily basis. We were splitting exponentially daily, as the traumas occurred from childhood until adulthood. We have thousands of fragments at this point. I always had amnesia (memory loss) of our trauma history until age 21, there was a
Possible trigger:
that has triggered all of these traumatic memories.

We have been professionally diagnosed with Complex PTSD and started on anti-depressants Escitalopram and also schizophrenia, which the antipsychotic Olanzapine has started. We could not describe the amount of traumas we have endured by words enough, it was so extreme that it split us and fragmented us, we felt eternally forsaken, as a part of us has departed permanently.

We had extensive out of body experiences, the experiences of a wall of glass, pseudo-hallucination (voluntary, safe hiding place) and extreme panic attacks for many years. We have been self-harming since at a young age, we would cut and pull out our hair to the point of wearing a wig.

I am so sorry that you were traumatized as you describe. How awful and how heartbreaking! Wish I knew what to say that would help. You bear crushing burdens that you do not deserve. My heart goes out to you!
