I have complex PTSD and an especially traumatic thing happened at 17 that seemed to break what mental stability I had left. I began suffering from auditory and visual hallucinations within hours of the event. Although it's way better now (almost 20 years later) I still really suffer from psychosis related to my trauma. I really thought I'd be further along or even better by now. Does anyone else suffer from this?
