I just gice one example now...lol cuz I'm dealing with it right now...I cant tell if I'm hungrary or anxious- that sick stomah feeling feels the same...can anyone relate?

Yes, this happens to Rhiannon so she would relate to it. Now she digests small amounts at regular intervals and she still is nasueous. Anxiety seems to have that effect on her

I'm with Morgana. I just eat small amounts of food at a time. Then if I am still sick, I know it's the anxiety. Sometimes though eating makes it worse.

yup hungry and anxious always get mixed up. sad and angry get mixed up too. tired and lonely...

I never mistake one emotion or sensation for another. If I'm anxious, I know I'm anxious. If I'm sad, I never mistake it for anything else. Wish I could relate to everyone, but...(shrugs)
