I don't normally get angry without a reason. I don't have much of a temper, usually, and while I do get mad sometimes I can always pinpoint exactly what I'm angry about.
Except, not tonight. I'm just mad at everything. And everyone. Even the dog. I know there is something going on inside of me, I know the anger is a response to *something*, but how can I tell what that something is? I hate feeling this way. Which is in turn making me more angry. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hello zooropa,
Feeling angry at the dog? Is it possible you are drawing on feelings that have made you angry in the past when you have been feeling vulnerable? Getting angry at our furry friends does indicate a feeling of vulnerability and the resultant need to take that out on someone or something more vulnerable than ourself. I do hope you are able to work out what it is and put it to rest. Your dog only wants to love you and serve you, even when they do silly or naughty things they are rarely deliberate unless trained to be. Hope you feel better soon, Rhiannon
