Hi everyone!
I am new here, just signed up today. Ahh, today I had an incredible, horrible mixed state episode. I am not entirely sure how to describe it but it is like being stuck in an undertow and not knowing it until you feel the waters receding. I was able to get things done today but was crying all the while and wasn't even really sad, just disappointed in people and feeling overwhelmed I think. I tried to "break-up" with my best friend via text and was ready to let everyone in my life go, basically. Does anyone else go through this? This is why I registered here today....
Also I have heard about triggers and in my entire decade with bipolar do not understand them yet, maybe someone can shed some light or support? Just looking to feel less alone in this disease....

Thanks wolfsong. I realized I posted in the wrong place, so I appreciate your response. It's good to know others have crazy moments too. The important thing is they pass...
