Im sorry for using the B word but im really starting to get worried about it now. I've been like this for last couple of months and am worried if that has become a personality trait. Does it have anything to do wid my depression. M currently on medication.

You need to get back into therapy. And you need to discuss these feelings. You are not giving favors to a therapist, you are there to work on yourself.
Often when you lose your way, yes the B word happens and you start to get frutrated and doing favors for others is becoming a responsibility you cant handle right now.

Get your bod back into therapy and don't let yourself fall into frustration. You cannot do it alone.
