Its very very hard to do , but i see the possible benefit of giving it my best effort

Thats very hard for me to do also. I have a tendency to want to plan and never get anything done because I'm busy planning.

Staying in the moment and planning are not mutually exclusive. The way to be in the present moment when you're planning, is to take a step back and watch yourself plan.
