i struggle with people not responding to me. I know that everyone is busy, but I just feel like people don't really want to know me when they are not responding to an email or text. I feel really sad about it.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry that you feel ignored. I'm sure it is not being done on purpose so try not to read anything into it. I read your intro post. I have no experience with any of your past issues or with memory repression but I'm sure that many here are very familiar with those issues. I think that there are forums and sub-forums that are geared toward those specific issues. You might want to try posting some questions or thoughts in those forums.
Look around here and see if you can find some forums where you think you might find some help. Make some more posts and I think you will get some good responses. Give it a little more time

I find that most people don't respond when they don't know what to say. A lot of times I will browse through these forum and not respond to some because I don't have the proper amount of experience to give valuable advice. Try not to take it too personally. We all do care even if it doesn't always show.

Thank you so much I really was talking in general for all sorts of things. I do get responses here, but like my doc not calling back or a friend. I guess a lot has to do with not knowing what to say. Byzantine you are right people do respond here and I really appreciate it.

I understand how you feel. Though I must admit that even I do that sometimes lol. I don't ever mean to do it on purpose but sometimes something else catching my attention, and yes, I have ADHD. xD Though, when it's happening to you it's not much fun either. :/

I get that way sometimes too; I feel as if someone does not text me back, email me back or call me back that they are either mad, don't care, or if in worse situations they are doing something to hurt me.... I usually find out in the end that they may be very busy or they didn't know what to say to me at the time or they did not see it fit to reply...(I do not get that last one but whatever).
:-) I try to remember and put in place of what may make them busy where I may get pushed aside (i.e. they have kids, a job, etc.) and remember it is not personal I Shouldn't be the center of their attention.. and if it is the case of thinking they are plotting against me-- well i usually need to go talk to my boyfriend to get that straighten out......I know it can be very hard.
