I think it makes sense! I used to crank up the angst music (that is for another generation than mine ) to help me direct the anger to someplace neutral.

I do that constantly!!! Headbanging gets me going, ya know? You are never too old to rock n roll!!! I do think that weirds somepeople out when they find that out about me though because I guess I seem so polite and quiet a lot of times until they get to know me and see my angry side. What am I supposed to like? The Backstreet Boys or Yanni? IOW, no pan flute in MY car! I do like classical music but that is different.

I would LOVE to have an everlast bag! I think they are kind of expensive for my budget but THAT is an exercise I would likely do. I would also love to learn how to fence. I checked into it once but the only classes for women were during the day.

Join your local Gym they should have punching bags, or look at a budget version it comes in handy, joining the gym saved me a fortune in windows and bandages hitting a mosh pit is always good too, head straight for the eye of the storm and put anyone who gets in your way on his ***, its expected . As for fencing Im not sure how good it is for aggression, but anything that involves punching and kicking I can vouch for. And as you stated horror movies are great for releasing that aggression too, Ive sat through chainsaw masscre so many times (original and remake) that I practically know it off by heart, hardly a glowing advertsiment for sanity, but makes for an aggression free day
