i've been thinking lately that what could really be the cause of my depressed mood and inability to focus on career, and the best i have come up with is that may be i try desperately to have someone on whom i can depend emotionally. and when i (luckily/unluckily) meet someone who likes me and talks to me (im talking about opposite gender) i push them away because im scared of getting hurt again and also i think that im not good enough for any of them...and even doing so puts me into more despair..and im unable to concentrate on my work altogether which obviously piles up and gets me into deeper ****!
so what do u think, how do i keep my mind off the whole relationship thing? how to? any opinions and insight will be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot for reading. |

Because deep inside you know that you need to have your own identity before you can commit to a true relationship. Your putting the cart before the horse. You need to find you first and your afraid of that, but so is everyone so your not unique jiakhan. You need to get back to concentrating on you, that has to come first. It could be your biological clock that is causing the confusion as well, that is also common. But the truth is, if you don't find you first and you fall for the wrong person because of your biological clock, you will miss out on the YOU part and that is really important. Because if you don't find you and truely know yourself, someone else can and will define you for the rest of your life and you will simply be at the mercy of someone elses control.
