Today I woke up in a brilliant mood but as the day progress my mood has taken a turn for worse. I have this everytime I leave and enter a depressive phase.
Does this happen to anyone else?

yes, very common. I could never sustain my moods. when they would really get me down i would remember that the moods were fleeting. eventually, i would feel good again, all part of the cycling.

hang in there

In a way I'm glad I'm not alone but at the same time I wish no one had to go through this.
