I'm just so upset right now, and I don't know why I can't get over it. My mom is always asking me questions. The majority are irrelevant, the rest tend to be rhetorical, and the few that are legitimate are just annoying. I'm so annoyed and irritated right now, I don't even know what to do. I just want to go freak out on my mom, but I know I shouldn't. But I can't keep this inside either. So I need to get it out. And I can't do any of my normal relaxation methods because there's snow and I would need to go outside to do the sports I play or to run. I need some help and advice right now if possible...

Freaking out is never the answer. As i said before. Find a way to calm yourself before anything.
Thanks for this!

Ps: Calming yourself does not mean bottling it up inside. Those are two different things!
Thanks for this!

just take a deep breath. Moms are kinda naturally annoying, its part of life. Sometimes maybe you can hang in your room and just do something else that calms you down or at least distracts you.

I tend to stay downstairs. Away from everything. I tend to get in trouble for that too. But I like it away from her anyways.
