I sometimes wonder why I've been placed here and why the things that happen to me happen at such terrible timing. Who really knows though? The past few years, and actually most of my life, I've had a rough time trying to figure out who I am and what my purpose is. I've gone through depression in different forms, I've had an eating disorder, and I have terrible anxiety and atrocious mood swings. It's never been easy and it's not getting better.
I have a lot of questions for so many people and I found that I need closure with a lot of things rather than just letting them go after they happen, because I need a mathematical answer.
My therapist is really helpful in this and she's good with calming me down when I feel out of control, but I need to see a doctor to determine what it is that's actually wrong with me.
I'm reaching out and I need somebody to grab on to me so I can stay afloat.

I think we all have wondered why we were put here, but it's up to US to figure it out. We have ALL been put here for a reason -- it's NOT just to take up space. LOL In time you'll figure it out.

The rotten things that happen to us aren't caused by God of course. He does NOT do these things to us. They're caused by other people, circumstances, the government, environment, etc. and just plain "life." We ALL have crummy things happen to us, but thank God things change and never stay the same!!

I used to have lots of questions for family members too -- but some just weren't "appropriate" to ask, and some would be hurtful. So I just let them go, even tho I did want to ask them.

And I've been depression/anxious all my life too and I'm SO glad you're in therapy!!! Believe me, that's the best thing you could have done for yourself. It does help and it WILL make a difference in your life.

Keep posting as long as it makes you feel better. We'll be here. I wish you the very best sweetie. I know what you're going thru. Take care & God bless. Hugs, Lee

Hi, Kaitie, welcome to PsychCentral (PC). Good questions and good place to come to. Have you made a doctor's appointment? Glad you have a good therapist who is helping you.
