This really doesn't need a response at all, I am just angry at some crap that is going on in my life! My parents are still trying to control me, I am 31 and still being told what to do about certain things...I have told them how I feel about it, but it doesn't help, and then I feel guilty about feeling angry about it because I know they are just trying to do what they think is best, but I totally hate feeling like I am backed into a corner!!!!

Then, on top of this, I did an online transaction and the bank pulled from the wrong account and is going to cause some financial waves, NOT my error, but yet when I call this financial institution I keep getting transferred to peoples voicemails and that is not going to help the money!!! YARGG~ I want to talk to a person!!! This is why I don't do stuff online unless it's chatting!

*sigh* thanks if you read this. Sorry... I just needed to get it out or I would have exploded as I am at work and am basically sitting here stewing. ANGRY

I can FEEL your frustration! And I sure can understand it too! I'm sorry you're having such trouble.

In this day & age of computers and how it's "supposed" to make things so much easier -- yet you cannot EVER speak to a human being. What the heck has happened to customer service?? Don't they care anymore? I guess not, cause no one wants to talk to us anymore. It drives me nuts.

I know how you feel my friend. Take care & God bless. Hugs, Lee

When I have to call customer service for anything, I repeatedly dial zero so that I get a live person...when I get that person, I ask for their ID number and for them to spell their name. When they can't help me, I ask for their supervisor and don't take no for an answer. I had someone at Microsoft try to tell me that there was no supervisor around. I reminded the operator that "this call may be recorded" on their end, and then I got some ground. Never give up. Try the pressing Zero method. Good luck

I hear ya,

make sure you keep a record of everything.
I also send registered, signature required, return reciept mail

to the ones I have trouble doin business with.
Its tht way w/ everything nowadays..so you aint the only one.

I had a person from the State call me, give me some flack,
and told me that my mother had called them a couple weeks ago.
I said yea, what day was it?
Then I told him my mother had passed away back in May.
That shut him up quickly.
