Well, I think I have Bipolar Disorder, Mania, Anxiety, and OCD but I don't know how to get an official diagnosis. None of my freinds listen. They just kind of laugh like i'm kidding. I have to just laugh with them and pretend just so i don't get embarrased. Does anyone know how to go about getting a Diagnosis?

Hello, CompanyOfMyself. Ask your primary care doctor to refer you to one authorized to do psychological assessments.

Hi there,
I agree with mudcrab; while you are waiting to go about finding out your diagnosis though... Is not knowing driving you nuts? Man it can't help if your friends are not taking you seriously. What would it be like for you to finally know? Labels suck but sometimes labels can at least describe a commonality of whats going on, a way to understand and be understood. Take care, -obj |

Are you in school? You can also talk to a school psychologist about the proper steps to take.

I had to go to the hospital to get a diagnosis, they can give you an assment if you are there for a few weeks of observation
