I'm always looking for good tools to help with triggers that I have trouble controling. Psych Central is a blessing and helps with all kinds of questions for me and provides a place that seemingly is a safe place to learn and work through personal issues.

Thanks

Welcome to PC ~ I hope that you find the answers that you seek here. There are many different rooms which focus on different issues. Hopefully, those will give you some helpful ideas on how to manage getting through your triggers without reacting emotionally.

Maybe I'll see you around. Take care!
