Does anyone cry at the drop of a hat? Are you unable to help breaking into tears? Can someone, such as family member who knows you, say something that makes you go from crying to laughing?

I remember that I would burst into tears at the slightest thing as a teenager and my father would be so embarressed he would kick me or hit me in public.

I am working very hard to control my emotions, but as I try to pay my bills and support two others on my small disabilty check, I find myself getting overwhelmed and breaking down into tears. I would be interested in coping skills to turn off the water faucet. Thank you, Hope

Hi! hope4you, I am so sorry your emotions are overwhelming you. I used to be the same way, and I still am sometimes. My medication helps me, and the support of my loving fiance allways gives me strength. Try self talk, and writting.
