I use to be bothered by something that I did the guilt would bother me everyday then when I finally made peace with myself I didn't feel normal or like myself any more I began to see things differently. I wasn't filled with anger and self resentment all the time I actually became happier and even became a more positive person. I didn't even know who I was anymore because my tastes started to change I became more sensitive toward things I'd here on the news.

The best way I can think to describe it is that it's like I was walking around and with my anger for so long I forgot what it was like to feel anything else. I mean is that what happened was I so angry at myself for so long I forgot to how to feel anything else? Before I started to let myself feel again I was filled with negative emotions and self esteem and then it was like I didn't even know who or what I was anymore.
Thanks for this!

Your post is a good example how we avoid feelings by always being angry. I Honor you for what you done for your self.
