Mine are every where lately. I am happy for a while then upset for no reason. I cant control what is going on. I know have biploar but I dont think it would cause this. What the hell is going on with me

You may want to look around the BPD forums and information to see if anything else under that category fits you. Obviously you would need professional diagnosis borderline personality disorder is often misdiagnosed A LOT as bipolar. It is a mood and emotional disorder. Just a thought. What you decribed could be that.

Yes, bipolar and BPD often do go together. I assume you will be talking to your mental-health professional about your out-of-control emotions, so I hope you can feel more stable soon.
