Hi,
I'm in the process of moving out of state. My move is so I will have family support. I really love where I live and have found myself crying. I cry b/c I think abt what all I will miss abt the great city/state I currently live in. My therapist told me to let the tears out. I'm afraid to get myself that upset. I'm not sure how to deal with my emotions. I have a conditions that makes me a bit more sensitive which doesn't help.

If your therapist said to "let the tears flow" then go right ahead.
