hi, I started doing these posts as a way to be true to myself and to help me manage my depression, which has been very intense for the past 6 months. I had a really good day today. I worked on my business plans and did some homework. I have a stressful situation going on at school. I went to school today even though I only have class on tue and thur. On the way home i was feeling ansy. I didn't see the person that is invoved in this conflict with me which is good. I have done a lot of emotional work on this and on my feelings for him etc. For the first time I haven't compromised my feelings or needs so that the other person is happy. I'm going to turn in as I have an early day tomorrow. Thanks, Sophie

Thanks for sharing your feelings with us Sophie. It's obviously a very healthy outlet. Really happy; I bet, to have had a day where you didn't have to face the person you are conflicting with. Perhaps putting some positive thoughts out into the universe on their behalf would be another positive move, since it at the very least feels good to know that their issue does not necessarily need to be yours, and lets you separate yourself from identifying with their energy.
