I'm a thirteen year old female, I've been getting help since I was nine and nothing seems to work. Any tips to calm me down and control my anger? The littlest things make me angry, I can not control it!

Hi, idek, welcome to PsychCentral (PC). If you do not believe you can control your anger, then it makes it harder to control? No one outside you can get inside and do it for you.
I would start by noticing it, keeping "score". Pretend it's a video game and you get points for noticing and writing down; think up a name for your "game" like "Angry Bats" or something :-) When you get angrier than you'd like, make a mark on a piece of paper/file card you carry with you and maybe a brief sentence describing what was going on and the date/time. In the case of this game though, the goal is to get fewer and fewer points. Eventually you might discover you get angrier for a little shorter period of time and/or are marking/writing sooner or less often and then you'll get to where you are marking/writing because you were going to go off, and then you may even laugh, because you catch yourself and don't let yourself go off. As you play your game, discuss it with your counselor and work on the triggers not triggering you as much. I get angry when I'm scared and the better able I feel I can take care of myself/my feelings and deal with my life situations, the less I get angry.
