I am so full of anger inside. I always getting very angry easily. Little thing can make me flying into rage. I am afraid of how out of control my anger problems is. Every-time i get angry, i feel like i am difference person. I slammed door, scram and throw stuff around. After the anger was gone, i sink into a very deep depression. I don't know what to do.

When you were little you were probably shamed for getting angry. That is why you feel depressed after getting mad. Getting angry is a way to feel bad about your self, for you. Get angry, but next time let it roll off your back, like water does off a duck, and get on with your life.
Thanks for this!

I think your anger is just the end result of a lot of emotions that you are not processing. My son has the same issue and I do to a lesser degree. It's all about dealing with your emotions before they all join together and become one huge anger outburst. You probably are not even aware that there are lots of other feelings going on before the anger takes hold = feelings like frustration, disappointment, confusion, hurt, sadness, etc. There is a lot of useful information about learning to develop emotional intelligence and it all starts with awareness. This is exactly where I am at the moment with regard to my emotions as well. Best of luck.
