I complain about a lot of things.

I complain about not having any friends as a child.

I complain about not having any good friends now.

I complain about lack of ability in solving problems.

I complain about not being able to shake this sadness in me.

will i ever stop?

Don't be too hard on yourself. You are learning, working things out and looking closely into things. That's good! Being aware is the first step to moving forward in starting to cope with these issues. See?

every time i pray, i feel lonely. don't know why. works out for me. it's like there's a spirit that just hates it when i pray.

Don't think of it as complaining, you're illuminating :-) You have to clearly know your problems before you can address how to solve them.

Heyitsme, you can stop. It takes practice. Like any new skill it takes time. I've seen several positive posts from you today. You can do this!

Okay look at your list...

Sorry you had no friends as a child, You can not go back and change that ... you can change the lack of friend NOW .. Join a club, If you are very smart in a topic offer to help tutor classmates, Walk around your neighbor hood, kids are probably out there,

Ability to solve problems? You have and are doing that.. you will problem solve all your life , everyone does , sometimes we are all better than other times, Life is tricky like that.

Sadness is a struggle , being sad today and next week doesn't mean you will not be able to shake it.

I have seen you grow and learn here on PC, you have...

Now just write a list or the things you can and have done.....

I just want to break free from unwelcoming religious folks. One time when I was at church and they usually would give rides home to people whose family members aren't always going to be there, I asked a lady if she could drive me home. She was telling me that she couldn't and she looked at me all weird.

I don't get why we complain about 'complaining' - the way i see it, if you have nothing to complain about you wouldn't! it's whether or not you can build on the complaining although i find its still important to let out your frustration when you work so hard to resolve things and still end up not being where you need to be. I wouldn't worry about it so much - you recognize your issues and you're trying to resolve them so good for you

I don't see them as complaints, but as deep desires. Listen closely and tenderly to what they say about you and your needs.
