I do not understand. Why am I triggered by things. Sometimes someone will say or do something that totally makes me angry! I get so keyed up and don't know why. I should just deal, or say I don't like that. But I am so thrown off. Grr. So frustrating not having any memories..

Yeah, I have experienced the same types of things...it was frustrating for me too. Therapy and meds have helped me a lot.....D.

Extreme anger for me means something else is scary/hurts. I don't look at what set me off but look all around my life to see if I can find a recent fear/pain/feeling of helplessness.

It's my mothers memory that gets to me, and i now it's because she's alot older and is losing her memories, It gets me angry inside but i don't say anything because she can't help it. I fear her dying everyday, i don't worry as much as about my father, he seems fine although I should too.Just need to know how to cope with this memory problem.I should know by now to as i myself suffer from memory loss from accidents and I've had several head injuries, and concussions. Oh well, just got to live and love!!!
