over the past 24 hours i've been going through something thats left me in the most emotional pain i've ever felt in my life. the emotions are becoming so unbearable that i feel like i might lose all control of my mind and my body at any moment. i cant see straight. i cant think straight. i cant lay down or sit still, i cant focus on anything but the pain. its getting to the point where i feel like i might physically die. throughout all the years of emotional trauma and depression i've never quite felt this way before so i was just curious to know if this has happened to anyone else.

Yes. It's like a tidal wave, isn't it?

It has to pass, your body can't sustain it. I use to want to cry myself to death but my therapist pointed out that's impossible, you can only physically cry so long and then that's over for a bit. Hope you feel less pain/better soon.
