today was a lovely start to the day, sun is shinning and everything looks good, until we get a knock on the door in comes a very tall policeman yeap we been waiting for about four weeks for this knock on the door, he has come to arrange a time for son to be interviewed, son wasn't home he is away at his gf's appointment been made for 2pm on Tuesday so know its a waiting game, he can not be interviewed without a appropriate adult and his solicitor, they obviously couldn't discuss the case with us but he confirmed we knew what it was about, the stupid allegation of rape of his ex gf that she filed after we cut all contact with her , she had people contact him over the weekend asking why he dont speak to her what she done to upset him (wish she would just give up gracefully )

I wish I could say something helpful (((((Katheryn and Dec)))))) . No words can take away the anger and bitterness you must feel. Im praying they refuse to press charges for lack of evidence.

im hoping they look back over her and say this is the third time shes accused somebody after the relationships have broken down

ty you both for your support, we got through the interview they took dna samples but do not know where the investigation will go as there is lots for this female and lots for my son, i myself do not think he is guilty but the police have to investigate this fully, hopefully they will come to the conclusion that my son is being played

Is it possible they're only doing this process because its professional procedure? Im under the impression that rape is very difficult to prove unless the rape kit was submitted soon after the event. I dont want to give you false hope, but that was my understanding. I just thought that maybe they're only following protocol and he could end up cleared.
However it turns out I hope you wont blame yourself somehow. All we can do is make the best of what there is. Who can blame two young and curious adults for thier choices? Everyone is doing the best they can most of the time and if theres a slip now and then, we're just human. I dont think that helps much, but Im sorry you're going through this (((Katheryn & Dec)))))))) |
