I have bad coping skills. If something bad happens, I completely break down. I snap at people so much more easily. I cry a lot. I don't do self harm, and I haven't attempted suicide, although i've thought about both of those things a lot. The worst part is, no one knows about my feelings. Honestly, I just need something to keep my mind of of these feelings burning up inside me. I feel like keeping myself busy is the only way of making myself feel better, although I hardly find anything to do. Help?

I suppose there are lots of distractions available in the world, and they can be helpful sometimes, but it sounds a bit like you are trying to run from your feelings. Sometimes dealing with them is better.

You say no one knows your feelings - would you want to talk about them with anyone? See any point in that?
Thanks for this!

I agree with hermit, Izzy. Sometimes talking about what you're feeling is a great way to deal with it. Sometimes you have to break down. I know you don't know me very well, but pm me any time. Rant away, don't be afraid to make it too long
Thanks for this!

I've been thinking of telling my mom about all of this soon. I'm hoping to get help, and to see if i actually am depressed, or have something else. Thanks, to both of you.

Good idea to tell your mom. It might help if you could talk to a doctor and get an opinion. Or a therapist might help as well.
Good luck

Of course see someone to talk to. Remember feelings are what we are all about. Make a list of what is frustrateing you, and what you would like to get away from and be free from, such as a bad work situation and the like.
