I usually lose myself in books but I was angry at my teenagers behaviour and lost it. She's moved to her dads and I have raged for three days and pushed her away and shut down.

You Fear Rejection by your daughter. It is just that simple. Were you really rejected personally by her? Most likely not. Calm down and think longer about this situation.
