:/ I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Is there anything you can do to make you feel better til the urge subsides?

Might be wise for you to call a crisis hot line.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but T always tells me to take a really, really cold shower whenever I feel like hurting myself. I believe it's part of DBT and it's just an intense sensation much different than the one you're feeling now, so it acts as a pretty good distraction. Please don't hurt yourself! Hugs!
