Hi people
(I don't really know how to put this) I (for some reason) am unable to "expirience" anger, nor can I hate another, or just get mad. I used to be bullied, yet I never expirienced hate or anger against the people that were bullying me (etc.) I do not really get why I cannot seem to be able to "expirience" this emotion. Neither am I agressive in any way, I do not harm others. Does anyone else here get why I cannot "expirience" anger? Are there others here that can't expirience certain (a) emotion(s) as well? Since I don't get it. I hope that you get what I mean Have a nice day! (In case you might be wondering, I'm not attempting to brag, etc. I am just confused why I can't expirience anger)

Hello Lazermage,
Could it be that you have held the anger in for a really long time. It would have been unsafe to show anger towards the bullies so you stuffed it away somewhere? Also anger itself can feel like quite a scary emotion, it's actually healthy to let that anger out in a safe way.

As much as i would love to be more like you and never feel angry, or never hurt others i really think you should speak to a doctor or councellor, u have obviously suffered with what these people have put u through and u need to find ur release, dont let this go on, find away to deal with what u have been through, u mite never feel angry, but u will always feel hurt and i think u need to deal with this

How are you experiencing other emotions like sadness or frustration? Because sometimes emotions deemed "negative" by society make us want to hide them.

You seem to be emotionally mature and very smart. I don't think you are repressing your feelings. Being mature and smart means you understand what is going on with others and you.
