I'm just wondering. Let's say you're really frustrated and angry about something, do you like calm yourself down or let it out by punching into a matrass, screaming or push-ups or something, what's the best solution?

Acting it out is OK. Do it in a constructive manner. Do not turn agenst yourself, or hurt yourself or some one else.
Thanks for this!

When I got mad, I have always "acted out" inappropriately. I was wondering how you could act out quietly without other people seeing or hearing me? Thanks for the information.
