Hey all.
Following a psychotic breakdown that I had, I am now on a semi-low dose of antipsychotics. I've been functioning mostly normally, and my paranoia has gone down from anxiety 50% of the time to about 5% of the time. However, now on medication, I tend to get depressed and I tend to lose motivation around night time. The feelings aren't excruciating, but they can really be a bummer. Does anyone else wake up feeling mostly fine but have a period of depression and inability to enjoy things at night for a few hours? How do you deal with it? Is there a term for what I'm going through? To describe it in more detail, it feels like this weird all-encompassing feeling that is hard to shake and that dampens the mood. I don't notice it as much when I'm in social situations, however. Thanks! ![]() |

There is no Label for it. But stay in touch with your doctor about what you are experiencing.
