I was wondering if the feeling of not being in control of yourself and your actions and feeling "not really there" is that a depression related thing, or is it trauma/PTSD related or is it an accurate feeling by being limited in your surroundings?....

based on my experience it sounds more like a trauma/ptsd related thing. emotional regulation and dissociation was always a difficult thing for me.
