Hi falling star. I'm sorry you are in such pain. Is it mental or physical? I know that you have already gone to work. Sorry no one saw this early enough to talk to you. Hope you made it through the day okay.

Thank you for responding. I was in intense emotional pain brought on by topics in therapy the day before. It feels physical, but I know that it is emotional. I have pills to take, but I can't work with the medication. I decided to try to tough it out and asked several people to pray for me. I was able to talk to a live person an hour or so later. That helped emensly. This pain has no real solution, but it is almost unbareable sometimes. Thanks for responding.

Therapy can be painful. The pain means you are healing. Hang in there.
