I ran $2000 on my grandma's credit card and will probably go to prison for it. It scares me so much I've been having suicidal thoughts more frequently. And it makes me feel so guilty that I did such a thing. I need help.

Maybe you can sit her down and tell her what you did and apologize. Maybe the stuff you purchased can be returned?
Thanks for this!

She found out about it when she got the bill. Returning the things sounds like a good idea.

Are you and your grandma on speaking terms right now? Did she call the police? Could you tell her you will return the stuff and/or pay her back somehow?

We all do stupid crap, just different kinds of stupid. You did wrong, but dont beat yourself up. Just try to make it right.
