I donīt know whatīs wrong with me, lately.
For the past days I have had no appetite at all, yet I get hunger pains that wonīt even go away when I just eat anyway.
Or I get pain from bein too full.
What is wrong with me??? This is really scary, because I have had anorexia before and have been so happy to be very relaxed and free with food when I recovered.

That's right, sounds like anxiety to me. My grandmother has been in the hospital and I haven't eaten properly in days. I am just not hungry or when I do get hungry I can't eat. Its a horrible feeling, but I think that's happening because of my anxiety building. Do you have a pdoc? A therapist? Maybe you have some things to resolve that you are not conscious about. Hope you feel better soon

When I get angry and frustrated, super anxious, I tend to lose my appetite. Even when I feel (or may be hungry. I cant tell), the thought of eating is virtually impossible. I have spoken with my MD and T about it and they were quite understanding and kind about it. No judgment. They totally "got" it. What they did encourage me to do in the meantime is to drink Boost and/or High Protein Ensures ... at least I would get some impt nutrients and wasnt depriving myself totally. They arent the best tasting drinks in the world, but I add ice to make them extra cold. Or even put them in the blender with ice to make a frosty.

I really do understand what you are writing about. Try to drink the little shakes until you feel ok enough to eat something more substantial (for me, when I am feeling this way, the thought of kust chewing is horrible so food/food is the last thing on my to do list).

And try to drink as much water as you can. Another impt thing is to stay hydrated. Those electrolyte, sports drinks (low suger are helpful,as well)

Best wishes to you please let us know how you are doing.

That's kind of how it is for me. I'm always starving and I have gotten to the point that I don't even want to eat anymore.
It never fills me up, it just makes it worse and I can't even finish a meal. I start feeling sick.
Then everyone hears my stomach growing and they accuse me of starving myself, so they make me eat and that definitely doesn't help. No matter how much I force myself to eat, it never fills me up.

Any help? I'm worried that there could be something seriously wrong.

Have you had your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) checked. When mine was high (hypothyroid) I would go through swings of serious overeating and then no appetite at all. It would coincide with anxiety swings, which were intensified by my thyroid and would usually start as a result of pms. Now I have my levels normal it is easy to eat regularly and I'm not starving all the time nor completely not interested in food.
