I hope this is in the appropriate forum. I've had some roller coaster emotions the last two weeks. I suffer from hypomania. It can cause me to suddenly get very angry and hyper. The other person has no idea why I exploded in anger. I know tho.
So I thought I'd start this thread. Some days I forget to be grateful for most aspects in my life. Until this cycle ends I want to pick one event daily that provided me with a positive emotion. I know sometimes it's very difficult to see ANYTHING positive when our emotions tell us negative thoughts/emotions. Here's mine for today. My son facetimed me on his way home from work. He always can make me laugh. Most important it feels good to be loved. ![]()

I am moving to the beach. So excited. Packing is a drag but each box filled means I am closer to my goal.
