Hey all . . . I just completed almost a month in mental health facilities, being treated for MDD and PTSD. In an attempt to alleviate the stigmas around depression and anxiety, I have started writing about my experiences and ideas for coping with mental illness.

I am trying to attract attention to the blog, in the hopes that people like myself might find and share support through the site. Please, if you wouldn't mind, click the link below and take a look at it. I have already posted a few things, but have a lot more ideas to share about coping and building new skills.

Please, check it out and tell your peers! And, please, comment on what you like or dislike. It is much appreciated.

Creative Madness | The 1,001 ways I cope with PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder.

Thanks,

Ash

I love that idea! Now I just need the motivation to actually find some hobbies and put together a box. :/
