So much is going on with me. I have so many appointments. I'm about to be on probation. I am feeling so overwhelmed. How do I deal with everything all at once? Suggestions please?

Just deal with one appointment at a time. Do not try to deal with every thing at once. Just one thing at a time. Don't worry about the next, or the last one.
Thanks for this!

That does sound stressful, doesn't even take that much to overwhelm me. Anyways all I can say is trying to take a day at a time and try to do what you can to reduce stress...like make sure and take some time for yourself and try to relax some.

Its easier said than done, but I know trying to think about it and figure it all out at once can just make it even more overwhelming so its best to try and separate each issue and deal with them one at a time.
Thanks for this!

I've felt this a lot. Even writing down all the things I have to do gets to be too much. Like the other people said, taking things day by day is probably the best approach. When you wake up check all your appointments and fill in the time inbetween with other stuff you need to do. Also remember to breathe my T said to practice 4 count breathing when my anxiety skyrockets. Take breaks often. Maybe meditate a bit?
Thanks for this!

Take a step back and think of it all from an outside source. Create a planner or a distinguished time to deal with each thing and give them space. Imagine it like you have a lot of homework. Looking at the stack of papers might freak you out and make you want to run away from it more, so you have to take it piece by piece. Do the stuff that's due first, first (for you, what is in the most demand/most important).

I encourage practicing mindfulness. Staying in the moment, in the here and now. Not worrying about what the future has in store and now dwelling on the past that might have led you to all this stress.

Yeah, that may help to quit thinking so much about the burden of everything that is on me "all at once" and take it step by step instead.
