I've wondered if that would work with a virgin like me. I'd also have to see if it would be covered on my new insurance plan. But I've thought about seeing a licensed sex therapist; in fact, my rant the other week was because I was looking to see if a sex therapist would work (and of course the comments telling virgins that we should just die since we are pathetic slime.)

I think you need to get yourself properly socialised before you start dating. My brother lived like you until he was 30, he didn't get a job promotion he really wanted- he withdrew even more and we were s concerned for him. He started anti depressants and hasn't been the same since- he's got a group of friends he hangs out with, he's moved out of my mums house. I'm not saying they work like that for everyone- I'm on v strong anti depressants just to get through the day tbh.

So yeah- Maybe go see a doctor if you havent
And try to go out socially a bit more, you need to practice a bit
